Bridgely Terms of Service

Definitions

  • Assistance Services: Consulting, development, configuration, and settings assistance provided by Bridgely.
  • Data: Any electronic data collected, managed, processed, or shared via the Services.
  • Service: The Bridgely application solution hosted on designated servers or cloud infrastructure.
  • Operating Policies: Rules and guidelines, including the Privacy Policy, as updated periodically.
  • Specific Terms: Financial and technical terms mutually agreed upon with the Client.

Article 2. Support and Service Levels

2.1 Reasonable Efforts

We commit to using reasonable efforts, consistent with industry standards, to ensure proper delivery of emails. Real-time monitoring and additional services may be offered at an additional cost.

2.2 Support and Service Levels

You must designate an administrator ("Administrator") to manage support requests. Second-level support is provided by Bridgely for unresolved issues. Requests can be submitted via email at team@bridgely.io.

Article 3. Use of the Services

3.1 Usage Guidelines

Misuse of the Services, such as sending unsolicited emails or exceeding API call limits, may result in account suspension or termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for securing your account credentials. Report any unauthorized access immediately. Accounts are non-transferable.

3.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through Bridgely. Content must comply with applicable laws. Bridgely reserves the right to monitor and remove inappropriate content.

3.4 Sending Policy

Sending unsolicited emails or generating high complaint volumes may result in temporary sending limits or suspension.

3.5 Fair Usage Policy

Bridgely enforces a Fair Use Policy. Accounts exceeding reasonable usage may be subject to limitations. Contact us for custom plans.
